10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Use shall be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the Ghana Arbitration Centre.
